Sea Turtle, Inc. officials broke ground Saturday on the facility’s $4.5 million, multi-phase expansion project. Of that total price tag, $3.5 million will go toward new or improved infrastructure and $1 million will pay for land acquisition.
Project plans call for construction of a nature walk, amphitheater, educational center, tanks, medical clinic and more personalization opportunities for guests.
