South Padre Island [SPI] is going to hold another Tacos y Tequila Festival. This marks the second year of the festival. It is slated for Saturday, Sept. 14, 3-11 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 15, 12-8 p.m. at the SPI Convention Center. The event will feature a variety of contests and entertainment for all to see and participate in.
